Yet the same arguments still exist..."they weren't outlaws, it was peaceful till they got slaughtered" or "Lie with dogs you'll get flees, someone had a record" etc.

Hence beating of the horse. Differences and opinions will always remain no matter what report we get. Heck even the guy sayin he works in the news is contradicting himself.
