    fall turkey tactics??

For the past 3 days I have had a flock of turkeys anywhere from 15 to 70+ birds in open pasture around 30 acres I usually see them when I leave from bow hunting. Thinking about changing it up but I have no experience with fall hunting? Anybody have any tactics or tips?

Get between where they're feeding and where they roost

Mine roost on transmission lines so they're easy to pattern haha.

This. Or bust them up & use a hen yelp to call them back into you

Haha yea I'm not sure where there roosting can't be far from where I see them feeding there is a big pond 100 yards away so they all just stay in that little area. Is welping a little a good idea?

The trick is to scatter them, rather than send them all running in the same direction

So literally run at them break them up. Then set up a hen decoy right there and yelp um in?

Well that's one way. Personally I'd skip the hen decoy & get yourself tucked into cover & well hidden. Be watching, they won't call back much, they will just appear.

During deer season, I just use my deer setup
