Maui Jim customer service: Wow!

I know this place is mostly Costa-ville, but just wanted to give credit where it was due to Maui Jim customer service. I stepped on my shades recently and broke one of the folding temples. Got CS on the phone and they said "send them in, plus $10 for return shipping." I included a note saying I'd like the repair facility to call me about the cost of lens replacements after they looked at the glasses. The repair form said lenses are normally $65 and I was on the fence about it being worthwhile since my lenses were a little scratched, but not badly.

Yesterday, the glasses showed up on my doorstep. New temples, new nose pads, new lenses. For $10. That is good customer service.

MJ has an excellent customer service, used it many times. I just wish they still made the Hoku's, that was my favorite style.

My wife just sent a pair back because the finish was cracked and fading. Being that that model is no longer made they told her to pick the new pair she wanted. Patiently awaiting on the mail man. $10.

Yes maui jim has fixed several scratched pairs for me. Replaced the lenses a few times and once sent me a new pair. All for $10 each time
