    Tracking help needed Kosse, TX!!!!

I stuck an old bruiser yesterday evening couldn't find him and didn't want to push to hard so decided to wait until this am. I got on a really good blood trail this morning and followed for a few hundred yard through some gnarly thickets to a spot it appears he laid up for the night. That's where the trail ends. I've been searching for hours and haven't found anything. Anybody know someone in the area of Kosse, Marquez, Normangee or Groesbeck with a tracking dog? I'm by myself and just feel like I'm missing something and could find him with a dog or an extra set of eyes. Any help would be greatly appreciated and I'm willing to pay someone to bring dogs if necessary.
Here are pics of the deer and the arrow covered in blood after I shot him.

I'd love to help you, but unfortunately with this heat and the time since you shot it, I don't think our odds would be good. But here's my number, if you find yourself needing help again. I typically track within 2 hours of Round Rock.

                    Thanks,

Send your phone # My dog and I are less than a hour away.

I agree, Heat and time have been your enemy. Also my dog is a little weak on cold tracks, or at least she has been in the past. It has been a year since we have tried a cold track.

Tag. I will be passing through Kosse in a couple hours but don't have my dog.

                        Good luck

At this point I don't think even the best tracking dog could pick up the trail. Too much time, to hot and too dry. I should've asked sooner but thought for sure he didn't go far. On a positive note, there are no buzzards in the area and no sign of blood at any of the watering holes. The evidence leads me to believe that my arrow didn't hit any vitals and that he must have laid there long enough for the wounds to clot and he's probably gonna live. Thinking positively! I've been hunting this toad for 4 years so I truly hope my assessment is correct.....
Thanks for all the offers of help. I will save your numbers future reference if I find myself in this situation again.

Give this guy a shot, might get lucky just incase he didn't survive.
