Was in the garage of my condo when I moved here 2 years ago. Just never got around to really doing anything with it. Anyone have an idea what it is? I haven't needed it for anything in 2 years so don't think too important so getting ready to toss it. It's 2 ft high

This is correct. When I was a little kid I found a turtle and put him in a old leftover chimney liner like that one that was out by our barn. I meant to come back for him but forgot and found him about a month later. Always felt horrible about that.
