new pound dog
Went to the Eagle Lake dog pound on Tues. As a result i ended up with a chocolate colored lab looking dog. took him to the vet and he said the pup was under a year old and was of good blood.
On thurse. I was talking to a retired GW and he said that a some hunters leave these dogs when season is over or they wont/cant take care of the dog. I cant see me doing this and why would a person treat an animal this way.
The pup and my daughter have bonded already.
There is an older lab at the pound but I could not take two.
