    Pigs...

Haven't had a chance to hunt yet this season as I've still been guiding dove hunts but was going to get a chance this weekend. Went to check my feeder/camera today...Got down there and my homemade gravity feeder was turned over and not a drop of corn left after I refilled it 2 days before. Got card out of camera and have pictures of some great deer and then the hogs come in and destroy my feeder and eat up all the corn. I've hunted here almost my entire life and have NEVER had hogs until 2 days ago...timing could not be any worse. Hoping I can still get a crack at one of the big boys...

Only two kinds of people, those that have hogs, and those that are gonna have hogs...........

Welcome to your worst nightmare. Start staking everything down and shooting every one you see.

Don't feel bad. I had 40+ hogs come into my feeder Saturday evening. I was able to kill 2 of them. Yea I've got a hog problem.

I used to think that was not the case. For 8 years of owning our place we snatched maybe that many pictures of hogs cruising through. I thought that maybe my dirt was blessed...then that all changed just like OP!

I arrowed and harvested the first hog on our place this past Sunday. There's plenty more. They are tough on the food plots, but man it was fun shooting it.

There is one benefit that I have found to having them... By the time bow season starts you will be in perfect form after slaying pigs all summer.

You're just lucky you are first seeing them now!
