    Killed 3 of these this weekend in Ozona. Anyone know what kind?

    Bout the size of a silver dollar.

    Called a giant crab spider I believe. That one is a female.

          That there is a big hairy nasty bastage that needs to have a wooden stake driven through its heart, then burned, then buried! That's what kind of spider that is.

              If you really want to get freaked out check out the roof on any caves or rock overhangs you find down there, it'll ruin a good arrowhead hunt!
