has anybody shot these heads out of a pop up with shoot-through mesh?

seems like a bad idea, but I have heard of people saying that they do it successfully. Any thoughts??

I did a test of this last week. 20 shots, 18 blade deployment going through the net. Conclusion don't do it.

Just waiting on somone to ask, well, of those 18, how many hit the target anyway??

All hit the target within 1" or 2" of the mark. The blades being deployed didn't have an effect on the flight. They did make a very noticable whistling noise going thruough the air.
