I just saw Chew's old thread about taking quality photos after a succesful hunt. I figured, what better way to encourage people to put a little effort into taking a classy LDP (laying down pic, for those of you who are new to TBH) than a contest.

Here's the deal....
Contest Period: October 1, 2015 - February 29, 2016
Eligible Photos: Any LDP taken during the Contest Period by a TBHer, whether it is a pic of you and your kill or somebody else. If you took the pic during the Contest Period, it's eligible.
Rules: Pic must be of an animal legally killed during the Contest Period, but it doesn't have to be from Texas. It can be a kill from anywhere in the world as long as it was legally taken. Post as many LDPs during the season as you like. You're not limited to just 1 per person.
Suggestion: Make an effort to clean up the animal and set it up in a nice-looking pose that shows respect for your quarry. Make an effort to use your camera effectively to get a good photo.
How The Winner Will Be Determined: When the Contest Period ends, I'll pick the Top 10 photos, using nothing more than my own flawed and probably biased in some way judgement. Deal with it.
After that, we'll set up a thread where all of TBH will have a week to vote to pick the winner. Maybe the Mods will allow the use of a poll?? 
Prize: The pride of a job well done and loads of praise from TBHers everywhere. That's it. No money or thousand dollar coolers or anything. Just bragging rights.
So get out and kill something. Whether it's the trophy of a lifetime or just a doe for the freezer, take the best looking LDP you've ever taken in your life and submit the photo to this thread.
Don't submit photos on this thread that weren't taken during the contest period please.
