Due to some obligations this weekend I won't be able to hunt. Had a buddy talking about going surf fishing Saturday morning and asked me to go. I've only been surf fishing a handful of times so I'm no expert by any means. I know it's supposed to get a little cooler this weekend, so I checked the surf reports. My question to you guys is if this report looks ok with the wind and what not. Thanks for any advice you may have.

Pretty rough on Saturday. The northeast wind ain't gonna help the water clarity either. If I were you, I'd still stick to the plan of a fishing trip, but I'd do it on the bay side. This cooler weather should get things stirred up, and North wind pushing shrimp and other bait out of the marshes could equal some epic fishing. -
Keep your eye on swell info though, it likes to change its mind on the forecast pretty frequently.Comment
