Exception to the Rule

I don't have an answer or any issue with the law the way it is now.

Why are Collin, Dallas, Grayson and Rockwall exceptions to the rule? "You can not hunt with a crossbow in these counties during archery season". But you can hunt with crossbows during general season. Strange that they are exceptions to the rule. And no I do not hunt in any of the these counties.

It is every other county in the state of Texas, other than those listed above. Not trying to start an argument I have no preference. Just found it strange how these counties rules are so much different.

Crossbows should be kept in general season...period! Except for physically challenged individuals.
