Mccoys, Home Depot, Lowes, etc. Pretty well any building supply store.

I think I have a meter socket at the house. I will try to remember to look tonight.

Check with your local electric cooperative. Most have meter loop assemblies you can purchase. Depending on what part of Stephens county you hunt there are three cooperatives that cover the area.
North west corner - Fort Belknap EC
North east corner - United Cooperative Services
          South - Comanche EC

You can buy a turn key one with pole, meter base, riser, (maybe wire to I don't remember) already mounted to pole at Mccoys. This is the best way to go IMO.

Be sure to get the specs from the co-op where it will be installed. Not all have the same specs. Some Co-ops supply the meter box, some don't.

I had our electric coop build mine it was cheaper for them to do it verses me buying the material by about $100

That is a really good price.

Even if you go with building it yourself, be sure and get a spec drawing of the assembly from your specific co-op. Some are very specific in what they want... Has to be so high off the ground, ground wire attached and wrapped under bottom of pole in a specific way, certain distance between meter box and disconnect, minimum height to weatherhead, etc. I have done a few, and found it is always easier and cheaper to buy the meter loop/pole assembly directly from the co-op if they offer it. If not, local building supply full service places will have poles pre-assembled to spec. and for less than you can buy all the components for and put together. That's been my experience anyway.

Yep, when I bought my property I went to the co-op and they handed me the meter box and a paper with their build requirements. Told me to call em when Im ready for them to hook it up.

Some Co-Ops require Electrician's Certification before they will hook up. Found out the hard way.
