    Arrow weight

I had some arrows fletched and cut supposed to be 400 when got home looked at them they are 330s. Should I shoot them or get them to redo them .
    I shoot a destroyer 28" 60lbs. Always shot 400 or 5575 arrows .

Redo! If the .400's were tuned properly for your bow, the .330's will be way too stiff!

I'd shoot them first and see how the do. That draw weight should be fine with those arrows.

Cant be too stiff IMO. I would shoot them and if anything shoot heavier broad heads to weaken spine.

Shoot them, a little stiffer is ok.

X2. And it all depends on the gpi. How much heavier or lighter are they than your regular arrows?

I actually prefer the stiffer shaft with that bow and DL, but, if you specified the .400, ...

Not to hi-jack But can you explain gpi? I've seen it on arrows before and never had asked about it.

It is just how much the shaft weighs in grains per inch. If you have a 30" shaft at 10gpi, then the shaft weighs 300gr. You then have to add the weight of the nock, point, insert, vanes, and wrap to that to get total arrow weight.

Most of the time, hunting arrows will have a higher gpi, and target arrows will have a lower gpi.

Depends on what you want to do. If you don't mind throwing a heavier broadhead up front to effectively weaken the spine, you will increase the efficiency of your bow, quiet it down, and also be packing a bigger punch on impact.

If you liked the way it was, just send them back.

Well I called them they said bloodlines don't have a wrap on them any More.thats why I should shoot the 330 .that the wrap stiffened them up
