Yep my DR asked me if I ever check my self last year during my yearly physical. I told her no I did not know I should be. So she showed me how to check and said should be doing it once a month min and to tell my boys to start too. Funny between the hernia check and then the scrotum / testicle exam I felt someone owed me a dinner

So if your not checking yourself start today boys
