              Congrats Clint and Mary!

This is the first time I have looked at the LC website. I think they need to add a few more categories.

That deer that Wascom killed is quite a story. Once again it proves that the right deer sticking his nose in protein can blow up. That deer is called Dr Pepper. He's been a pencil horn, good tined buck for as long as we've known him. He got on protein after the 06 season. He hammered it during the 07 summer, but didn't do a whole lot. He only had one drop last year and would only score low 50's. I know because I have both his sheds. As a matter of fact, I posted pics of him stating that he'd be one I'd go after this year because he would be 6 1/2, at least, maybe 7 1/2 and would be in our range. Well, he continued to stick his nose in the feeder and BLEW UP. Pre adjusting for velvet, he scored right at 190. He gained at least 30 inches after velvet deductions. Between he and MLD, that's two bucks that put on collectively nearly 100 inches in one year.

Wascom kills a bruiser year. How long before you get tired of shooting 180 and 190 class deer???
