If that falls through, I will be making a drive to Baton Rouge and back one weekend within the next few weeks to a month. Will be passing right through there and coming to Brazoria.

I'm pursuing this one with the seller right now, and will try to put you in touch with him, as soon as I can, if ti looks like it'll work out.
