Wind Forecaster

Hey Yall,
Is there some site out there that will give a prediction 4 or 5 days in advance of which direction the winds will blow in a certain county here in Texas? May be a Wind Forecaster app? I'm not very geeky with my phone and would have explicit instructions online to explain how to I would do it on my android phone.

Accuweather has been holding a S to SE wind for this weekend for us for awhile.

Wind is the single most difficult element of weather to predict, unless you live in lubbock and then you can assume its going to blow somewhere between 20-40

Wind forecasts more than about 24 hours out are terribly unreliable.
