    Covert camera excellent customer service

    I just wanted to take the time to commend Covert's customer service.
    I pulled my Covert camera out of the closet a couple of weeks ago to put it up at a feeder.
    Everything was working fine when I took it down back in April.
    When I powered it up, the screen had all sorts of lines running through it, making it nearly impossible to even see the menu.
    Once I got it set up, it would not take pictures, even in manual mode.

    I contacted them and received a RMO#.
    USPS tracking showed that it was delivered this morning at 8:35am.
    I received a call from Covert at 2:01pm.
    They were calling to inform me that they were going to replace the camera with a 2015 model.
    They wanted to know if I wanted to wait a week or so for camo models to arrive, or if I wanted them to go ahead and send a black model.

    I couldn't ask for better customer service.
    It was less than 6 hours from package arrival to customer contact, and I'm getting a brand new camera under warranty.
    I'm waiting for the camo version, as that's what I had before, but the black model would've been shipped out tomorrow if I had chosen that option.
    There's not very many companies that have such a quick turn around.

    I don't know if anyone on here has any contacts with Covert, but if so, please pass on my gratitude.

        They do a heck of a job....I like them also and they have done me right a few times

          100% agree.... great service. I had an interesting conversation w/ the rep one day as my "firmware" was updating about the owner of the company. Great story about a true entrepreneur.

            My experiences with them have been pleasurable for sure. Great service!
            Good customer service is hard to come by these days

              I received my brand new replacement camera yesterday.
              It didn't even take as long as what they estimated.
              I wasn't even expecting it until the end of this week.
