Just posted in the other thread. May have a biased view since I would work there during deer season in high school and my grandfather worked there for as long as I can remember but they do great work. We always had a stash of sausage and jerky in the house.

My BiL just had a few hog done there. Everything turned out good chops, breakfast. I'm playing on trying them this year to. My biggest thing is I just want to make sure it's my deer meat I'm getting back. I've been in to many processes/meat market and see what goes on in them. Ex all meats in big piles and divide back to what your animal weighted.

I had 2 deer processed there a couple of years ago...just had chili and sausage ground and they did a fantastic job with the packaging. Very pleased with the overall quality and service.
I will say, however, that I wasn't impressed with their prices.

When you go back in, make sure to buy some of their dried sausage. It usually hangs behind the counter on the wall. Buy as much as you can carry, its great!!!

Don't worry you get your own deer, each deer get a tag as soon as it's brought in that stays with it all the way til it get boxed up and put in the freezer.
