Something you don't catch everyday

My wife and kids went to Matagorda beach Saturday in hopes of catching a few redfish. Well nothing but 3 to 5lb gafftops and little sharks all day long. The last fish of the day was this little guy. Suprise, Suprise when I see the tag on him. We called it in and tey are sending an Academy gift card, a t-shirt and a certificate of where he was tagged. The tag area looks worse than it is. The Harte tagging program out of ATM in Corpus was the tagging group.

Good for you. I caught a nice bass at Rayburn a few years ago and didn't get squat. They just wanted the tag, so I sent it to them. Not even a T-Shirt.
