    I got a wild hair and decided to try Chappell Hill this year.

    I dropped off my deer 3 weeks ago that totaled 53 lbs of venison deboned. Had them make half into pan sausage and the other half into smoked link sausage.

    I gave them a $50 deposit when I dropped it off. They just called and said it's ready & my balance is $386.00.

    Never again.
