Deer Processing Information

I got a wild hair and decided to try Chappell Hill this year.

I dropped off my deer 3 weeks ago that totaled 53 lbs of venison deboned. Had them make half into pan sausage and the other half into smoked link sausage.

I gave them a $50 deposit when I dropped it off. They just called and said it's ready & my balance is $386.00.

Never again.

Detroit Processing in Detroit, TX I think about 65 bucks for the standard cut on a deer. It is between Paris and Clarksville on HWY 82 I think. Good luck this season.

Whittakers in Iowa Park is great, bacon jalapeño burger is the best, I drive an hour in the opposite direction of home to take them a deer each year

I hear they are good. Anybody ever used A&K in Wellington
