Dove hunting after a rain storm

yay or nay? Seems the birds stay down as there is water everywhere. Your thoughts?

If it rains alot it sucks. The dove huntin a worth a crap if there's lots of water everywhere.

If you're hunting a food source, it's fine. Tank hunting isn't the same when there is standing water everywhere.
