I'm on my phone now but I am having problems with my 1 year old Toshiba laptop. It hasn't even been used much. I can't use the question mark or the Z key. They both quit working all of the sudden and seemed to coincide with updating to windows 10. It is getting frustrating not being able to write sentences with questions when on my laptop. I am not very computer smart so....Please help!
