They're not...the designer is hard headed and won't make changes we request, instead he just submits new entries with other changed we didn't ask for.

I need to get involved in logo "contests" like this. If those are the best submissions you received, I would do very well. I see parts of some and parts of others that when combined would make a great logo.

Yes it is trademarked, however I am not using it in any way that is similar to the candy business. I found several similar names while doing a search to file for LLC, however just like me they aren't making candy.
