Pack rat! And there is a real good chance he is in there at any given time! If you throw it all out, without killing him (or making it impossible for him to get back in), it will all be replaced in a weeks time.

Climbed into a stand once and when I opened the door, the floor was covered with little ****-like things, and hundreds of tiny white bones--owl pellets from a barn owl that had been residing in the blind. It was interesting looking at Euro skulls from rats, mice, and snakes.

I had the same thing happen to me, complete with three baby owls. NAKED baby owls. Only thing I've ever seen uglier than a naked baby owl is a baby buzzard !

Oh, and six inches of owl poop too. Lucky I had a piece of carpet in there and just pulled it out, poop and all. Ugh !

Buzzards will make home to an east texas box stand real quick too....and getting them out isn't near as tough as getting the smell out!
