    Game Camera Customer Service

Well one of my new Browning Strike Force HDs fell victim to the dreaded red headed woodpecker attack which resulted in some damage to the PIR lense. I added some flashing and wire screen to the camera stands to try to combat it going forward but I need my new camera fixed.

Had the same issue last year with a couple of Moultrie Game cams and when I called Moultrie they were not even willing to fix them if I paid them to do it. Their only offer was a new camera at a discounted price, which was basically the old models like they sell for cheap on their website.

Contacted trailcampro.com this morning where I bought them both and received a prompt email back stating Browning would be the ones to contact about a repair issue. I figured "here we go again" but made the call anyways. I just got off the phone with a very friendly customer service lady who is sending me not 1 but 2 PIR lenses along with the instructions on how to change them. She offered that solution so I would not be without my camera during hunting season. They are going in the mail today, free of charge. She also said if I need more just call them back. Just a perfect customer service experience.

Browning has earned my future trail cam business for sure.

Good to hear. I purchased the same camera and the IR flash didn't work. Had about 300 black pictures. Luckily, it was a week old and Academy exchanged it.

Really, moultre wouldn't help you?! I had an older camera several years back that you had to remove the inner part of the camera. The outer was just a shell basically. I pulled the inner part to take home and review the pictures. While I had it at the house for a couple days someone came in and ripped it off the tree(it was padlocked on). I emailed moultre and they sent me a new shell free of charge. Sorry you had a bad experience. Heard good things about browning too though.
