Battery question for electric cart/Bad Boy owners

About 6 months ago I purchased a used Bad Boy with brand new batteries. It came with a filler system linking them all together to keep them topped off with water. I went to hook it up this weekend and it leaked badly. Upon inspection I noticed that on the first battery, corrosion had caused the rubber tubing between two of the cells to disinigrate. The tubing looks pretty standard and should be easy to find but there are also little white plastic fittings that attach the tubing to the caps on the cells - where can I find those? Also, any tips on keeping the corrosion from building up? How often - and with what - do you clean the terminals? Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
