He was shot with a .308 while bowhunting on the WMA, then later it came out that he had hunted the past three seasons without buying the type 2 permit. He has always been respectful when our paths crossed.

Simmer down sir. I ask an honest question and it was answered. Even then, he is a symbol of law and what is supposed to be right in the wildlife world and he did exactly the opposite. Therefore he earned what people think about him when they hear his name. He branded himself if you will. Sorry to derail the thread. Carry on
