My wife bought me one today for $239. Thought it was a good deal.

I'm glad you got one Chris ! I tried to talk with that feller a few years ago, and he seemed not to care if I was interested in buying one, and doing a review of his stand. I thought it'd make a good one from the looks of it. It's got just about every thing the public land hunter could want.
And despite what some say here, I use my climbers more than any other means of hunting public lands here.
Currently sitting in a Lone Wolf Extra Wide .

You need to come on down here and hunt with me sometime!

Looks like it would be a great East Texas Pine tree climber! I'm going to look into them. Congrats!

It's OK in my opinion. Don't hunt out of in in a hardwood, the arms will flex and when you stand it will "spring." Once you get to where you want to be wiggle side to side and dig it into the tree as much as possible. Great for walking a ways with but I had one 5 or 6 years ago and bought my first harness because of it. Never slipped far but darn it I ever felt very secure. The arms need to be more rigid IMO

I would love to sometime. I am going to practice with the stand in the backyard a few times to get used to setting up.

I have a harness that I use. May sound stupid but I really never used one until a couple years ago. Had a local guy fall last year now he can't use his legs.
