Salwater thanks for the info. I've heard great things about the Hondas. I've never seen one around here.....guess I should at least take a look at them. I'm not even sure where the closest dealer is but I'll check. Thanks!
That's pretty good also. Ours was $13,024 100% out the door with steel top

There are rebates on the '15's because the dealers are trying to get rid of them right now. I've talked to a few dealers who have sold out and aren't getting any more. My local dealer had a couple in stock last week and said he could find a couple more if he sold those but I can tell I better make a decision fast or they will be gone and then I'll be paying more for a 2016.

To be honest, when it comes to Ranger pricing.....I can't figure it out. Used ones are selling for more than brand new '15's. I was going to buy a good used one but they either cost nearly as much or more than a new one. There is a local '14 Ranger for sale with less than 25 hours and it's basically brand spanking new, no top, no windshield, 100% factory. The guy is asking $300 more than a brand new '15.

Yep used ones are usually even more than what we paid that's why we took it

Get the all in price first. Different tax rates and such. We just got the 570 crew midsize with power steering and love it. I would definitely recommend power steering. The turning radius on 570 midsize crew vs the 900 crew is noticeably better.

Thanks for the steering info. I've got an ag sales tax exemption so thankfully tax isn't an issue.

Go with the full size crew, no question. You won't regret it. Others hit the nail on the head. I didnt get powere steering or any dealer add ons. Doing my own after market stuff.

Kids get older and end up bringing a friend along....family during holidays and so on. Crew!

Just noticed you're from Appleby!! My father-in-law has that Village Park RV park. I was married at Bethel Baptist in '76 and my wife's family who have gone home are all buried there at the cemetery at Bethel...

Here are a few pics of my Honda. It's box stock standard except for the aluminum top and front basket and LED Light bars. You can't burn a tank of gas in a day of riding around. It's quiet, good riding and my grandsons love to ride in it. It deserves a look.

A 570 is more than enough to do anything on a ranch and the crew doesn't turn as well but its not bad either unless you have very tight spots. I personally don't understand the extra money for the 900 for a hunting vehicle. Full size 570 crew would be my pick
                  SIngle not crew

ANd I quoted it wrong. It was $9200 for a single..so I would assume $10,200 for crew

SaltwaterSlick, thanks for the pics that's an awesome looking ride! Yes sir I'm from Appleby. My wife and I own a tract of land directly across from the Bethel Cemetery. We live less than a mile away from there. It's a small world.

Hey guys thanks for all the advice! I ended up getting a 2015 570 full size crew. I've got a few questions and hopefully someone will see this and answer, if not I'll start a new thread.

                      1) When you are sitting in the back seat looking forward it almost looks like there is a piece of plastic missing on the back of the front seat. I could be wrong but I thought I'd ask. Here is a pic of what I've got....

                      2) I didn't take a pic but the front top roll bar is not a round tube, it's an odd shaped piece of fairly flat metal. I want a rear view mirror but 99% seem to be made to mount to a round tube. I found one that has a pic of the same roll bar that I have but it says the mirror mounts to a factory clip that should be mounted and present from the factory. Mine does doesn't have that. Any suggestions or ideas if I'm missing something?

                      3) I would like a rifle rack that is either a roof mount or one that mounts between the roll bars behind and above the front seat. I want to be able to securely carry an AR-15 and one that will sometimes have a NV scope on it.

I can post more pics and/or start a new thread if necessary.

                      Thanks for the help!

On my full size it has a spot on the front seat where aftermarket cup holder can mount, could be that.

I got the Great Day overhead rack from a online store. Measure the space between the bars bc on crews they assume your putting it on the front, but if you place it in the back I think you have more head room for everyone.

                          1) Everything is open to let mud/water properly drain. That looks normal to me.

                          2) Polaris has that figured out. Too easy for other companies to make accessories that fit a round roll bar. In order to keep you buying Polaris parts, they changed those roll bars over hoping nobody would want to do the R&D to make accessories. Here's what you're looking for, it's just not in stock it seems. http://uedata.amazon.com/Angle-Mirro.../dp/B00NCBPSDS Just get something that fits your year model and you won't have any trouble.

                          3) Can't help you there very much.

For now most accessories are gonna have to be Polaris. They changed from the tubes for that reason IMO

Thanks for all the info guys I really appreciate it.

Here is the rear view mirror I'm looking at. If you notice in the very top of the itme description he says....

MAKE SURE THAT YOU HAVE A 2015 + POLARIS 570 Ranger unit w/ a "FACTORY PRESENT MOUNTING TAB". Please review the pictures to make sure that you have the tab drop down on your cross bar of the the lock n' ride cab frame.

You can see the pics of this mystical tab down below. I don't have anything like that. I did find another mirror that seems to have it's own tab but you guessed it....it's 2x as much money.

Thanks again for the help guys. Also I think I'm going with a Big Sky rifle rack. I saw one on a relative's Ranger and it looks great.
