Really hoping for Heard to get most, if not all of the snaps. Time to move on from Swoopes no matter what. He isn't our guy in the future. Rather a young one learn on the job than from watching a train wreck from sidelines. Plus Heard can make some plays with his speed and quickness, unlike Swoopes.

I think if Texas o-line is not that good then Heard has a better chance of escaping. Hopefully he plays more this week.

I know nothing about him, but why are people so high on him? He didn't really do anything last week. Are people just so sick of Swoopes so looking for a change. Does he look like something special in practice? I don't understand it. Maybe someone who follows the team can chime in.

Also, I can't wait for tomorrow.

CFB 2015 Week 2 Thread

He doesn't have the big arm or experience Swoopes has, but he has breakaway speed and a solid arm. He only played 4 downs last week, first two were great, second two they were pinned deep and ND bull rushed the young OL. He's the better option in a spread zone read offense and that's what Norvell will call with air raid concepts. He won 2 state titles for Denton and has a ton of upside. The Swoopes love was all Watson. We'll see how long he last and how much PT Heard gets on Saturday.

He can make plays with his feet and arm. Swoopes can't run and apparently can't pass on game days. Mostly just done with swoopes and want to see what heard can do
