    Bison/Brute Coolers

    I have a Brute 25qt. a Brute 50qt. and a Yeti 45qt.
I love my 25qt. it rides in the truck 24-7 and I really like the other ones too but the Yeti's lid is warped and the Brute 50's lid is also warped and missing one of the rubber feet. I keep both of the big ones indoors when I'm not using them and like I said the 25 rides in the back of my truck at all times but it has zero issues.... Anyone else have this problem? I'm really wanting to get a Bison 75qt. sometime but worried about having the same issues...

Let bison and yeti know. They will fix them I'm sure. Make things right

I had a yeti do that and they replaced it for free. I'm sure that Bison will do the same. Yeti even offered to upgrade the size.

Contact Jersmy at Bison. I'm confident he will fix you up.

My guess is you have one of the first generation coolers.

We improved our plastic material and foam injection process to have better adhesion. Odds are, you have an early production unit. Email warranty@bisoncoolers.com and we'll get you fixed up. Plastics are fickle and it takes a while to get them dialed in right but we've got it down now.

This is the reason I have two 100qt oh and because I filled with drinks food and ice on Thursday and Monday when I got home from the lease it still had ice could be another reason.

                      Great product.

My 25 is 4 years old and stays in the bed of the truck, zero issues except it doesn't keep ice like it used to. My 100qt stays in the garage and it's about 2 years old. No issues with it other than its heavy when loaded

Just hauled a nilgai back from king ranch in my 150 qt / 75 qt / and 50 qt brutes (yes it took all three!). They stayed out in the 90-100 degree heat the whole time (3 days) and the ice only melted enough for a 1/2" of water to form in the bottom. That proved them to me for sure. Good thing I'll probably never need to buy any more coolers.
