Need some advise on ammo for a Rossi Circuit Judge .45LC/.410. I see several out there but not sure which one would be best for recreational shooting. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have Taurus Judge and I don's shoot anything special in it. In fact, most of the time it has .410 #8 shot for snakes, 00 Buck, or PDX when it is in the night stand for home defense. I have a box of 45LC but have never fired one out of it.
For me, it is not a gun I shoot for recreation and burn up a lot of ammo.
