I put a bottle of acohol and 3 Oz of bleach in a tub of running water and soaked for 15 minutes. All good so far.

Their not still your skin, they feed and leave. It's the bites that last so long. Best thing is prevention, mosquito spray socks legs boots jeans.

Got tore up bad last year, mosquito spray soaking socks since haven't had issues.

I do that mainly so I won't scratch it. May be all in my head but they don't bother me much until I'm in bed. Then it's like I get lit up. Put some of my daughters polish on the bites and it calms the itching down.

                    Prevention is best.

Spray your clothing, socks included and boots with Premitherin and let dry completely. Clothing will last through several washing's before needed again.

Or be like me and bugs don't attack me like my huntin buddy. We can do the same stuff and skeeters, chiggers, ticks, bullnettle, rattlers, black mambas, crocks, T-Rex, pison ivy, nothing gets me and he's half dead every weekend...

Before I go into woods I pour corn starch in a sock then I bump it against pants legs socks waistband everywhere. Have not had a tick or chigger issue in years. But this doesn't help you now.

This every time, except for the alcohol. Not saying I won't next time, though, but the bleach definitely works for me.

I bought some sawyer to spray on my clothes and gear. I just didn't spray down. I was out there maybe 10 Minutes and they tore me up.

Prevention is best! Failing that, there ain't nothing better than bleach.
