Custom Metal Work - Prefer a TBHer

I need to elevate some therapy tables about 5-6"....

Here are the bases that I need to elevate

Here is a quick drawing I came up with...

I will need it powder coated black and it will need something on the feet to keep from scratching the wood floors.

I was thinking the horizontal piece could be 1" wide plate and the angled "legs" 1" square tubing. However, I am open to suggestions.

Cost is not an issue. If you can do it, please let me know! I need 4 of them.

    I could do it.

I'd do it differently. I'd replace that "straight" bar across the bottom with one that has a 6" "hump" in the middle. That way you keep the oem mounting and feet.

Does the round part of the foot come off the bolt.

Yes, I can pull the entire piece out leading just a 5/16" hole.

Not the bolt itself. Will the round "foot" part screw off the bolt

Can you just buy some all thread and cut them to whatever length you need.

I'm sure I can, but if it gets any longer than it is, it will not be able to support the weight. It needs to be able to hold the max weight of 350+ lbs.

Andy, can you give me a measurement across the top of that existing footer ? I can break up a piece of 3/8" thick aluminum that will fit your base, and add adjustable "feet" to it so you can make it fit your work space.

Thank you Patrick! It is 24" across the horizontal bar if that is what you are needing. I have a patient that can powder coat them if that is an issue. I just need them to be able to hold about 350+ lbs.

I need the measurement across the top of that horizontal bar, opposite of the 24" way. It looks like 1 1/4" to 1 1/2" . If I break it out of 1 piece of high grade aluminum alloy you will be fine. We repair medical equipment legs and bases quite often around our shop.

Of course, you will have to come to Beaumont early one morning to pick it up
