    Over/under chokes?

What's your go-to for dove choke setup? My good ol Yildiz has five chokes not sure where to start with it.

Imp @ 25 yds, and Mod @32 yds

Yep, I put improved on the bottom and modified on top, shoot improved first...

I shoot two modified about 90% of the time.

For white wings in the Valley I'll put a full in the top barrel.

Depends on the circumstances of the hunt. I generally use skeet and improved, but I like to go with lessor chokes than most. Hunted with both barrels at cylinder bore for years, and had no problems dropping them out to 50+ yards.

            When I had a o/u, I preferred improved/improved.

All depends on the range that the shots are hapening. Start off improved and light mod or mod if they are acting stupid.

Light Mod on the bottom and Mod on the top of a 20 ga.

If I didn't have a LM it would be an IC..

Modified/improved. Use the same set-up for my duck hunting.

First barrel modified and either improved modified or full on the second.

Good start. I also shoot improved first, then Modified 2nd from my 20 ga. Yildiz.

But I shoot steel, which holds a tighter pattern because it doesn't deform like lead does. I prefer a clean miss to a wound I'll have to chase 1/2 mile.
