Acedemy stocks them too. You just use to dig through the pallets of shells here.
There are $89 though.

For a Dove load I like:
3 dram
7.5 or 8 (7.5 preferred)
1 1/8oz or 1oz
over 1200fps

for 5 stand and skeet practice I use what ever is onsale.
