If you are ever looking for a home to buy or lease I highly recommend not using Plano Property Management. This company provided the worst customer service, refused to do a walk through upon move out and then charged $600 for cleaning which we cleaned, bulbs that weren't out, a AC filter that I have no idea where it was as I changed the one I did know about, painting for normal wear.This company will rip you off!
