Photoshop help ( not hunt Related )

I've had a hankering for a new truck for a little while now, and I thought instead of spending 50 K plus on a new truck perhaps I would just change up the truck I currently own ! I really like the red and black theme I have on my motorcycle

I'm trying to figure out how my truck would look if everything that is gold was red , Would also paint the headache rack red along with grill guard & Window visors !

I have a good friend with a paint and body shop & could get this professionally done at a reasonable price if I could determine it would look all right ?
Does anyone have the capability of superimposing red in areas described?

Easier to change the gold, so the black is a bit off, but this will give you the idea.
