Tin haul boots running small?

Wanting a pair of tin hauls but some websites I've seen say they run a size small in men's. So if I wear a 9 1/2 I'd need to order a 10 1/2. No one around here sells them so trying them on is not an option. Anyone else wear tin hauls?
