    Thanks for the Prayers

    They worked. Yesterday I met with a neurosurgeon. After talking about my situation and a few strength and mobility tests, we decided that I didn't need surgery. He prescribed some injections as a first response. And to told me that I could shoot my bow. Which I did when I got home. It felt real good.

    This morning I had the injections. I was worried that they were going to hurt. I barely felt them. To night my leg is pretty much gone.

    So my season is back on. I don't have permission to put up stands or drag deer out of the woods. I have a son who can help me with that part.

    So, once again thank you.

          It occurred to me today, if my son puts up my stands, hauls out my deer, and processes it, while all I do is climb into the stand and shoot the deer, why I will be like one of those TV hunters.
