I got a bit annoyed at Walmart when I went to get one they didn't have them out on the shelf and I asked the guy at the counter and he checked the case which is where he said they were keeping them and none there so I just settled for a wild game camera. Go back two days later and guess what's in the case of course now that I've spent my camera budget it's there. Coulda spent that extra $15 on something else

Most noticeable when looking directly off the card but yes, not a huge difference.

Well crud. Could have bought 8 of those instead of 4 coverts. LOL But the coverts were supper easy to set up and set and walk away.

You made a well informed choice.

Got 2 in action that Bish picked up for me and 3 more on the way that another friend in TX picked up for me. My brother said it was a snap to set-up and was taking great px.

I bought two and am very satisfied so far. I need to pick up three more. Initial setup is a little ridiculous.

I bought 8 or 9 of them and I think I have 5 out. I've only had them out 2-3 weeks but they all are working fine except for 1 that the pictures all have a major red tint to them. I've owned a lot of camera's and for $50.00 I think these are more then worth it as longs as they last a year or more. Picture quality is not as good as my Moultrie M-80 cameras or Browning strikeforce cameras.

Do you not have a WalMart near you. The $50 is the every day price.

I hate to bring up one of Fishndude's old threads. But does anyone have a line on any of these cams? I need a couple more.

heck of a deal....but the 2 Bushnell Essential E2's I got from DICKS for $68 will last a lot longer.

These pics are excellent for a $50 camera...my worry would be will they last 1+ years?

Those are real good pics for $50 imo. I'm trying the mv1 w/888, and so far it's ok. Anybody else using the mv1?

I have one of each and will take the moultrie over the bushnell any day.

How's the trigger speed on them? Would they work for setting up on trails or is everybody using them over feeders? Reason I ask is I have a couple Stealthcams I need to replace that have a slow trigger and I consistently get the tail end of the deer or an empty pic.

Just throwing this out there but the Moultrie A20 with 12mp camera is 79.99 at Academy everyday and its also compatible with their field modem which you can add at a later date. The field modem makes it a wireless camera that sends the photos to a cloud and you can view them from your computer or cell phone. It also allows you to change the camera settings remotely. The field modem is 199.99 so for about 280.00 before tax you can have a wireless camera set up. That's about 120.00 less then the Coverts are brand new. Just a thought. I picked up the A20 this weekend and have it set up in the back yard as a test to see the quality of pics it gives.
