              Yea, but the only way you could seize them would be to know where they were taken and the year and verify that the guy didn't have a license those years. The guy could also claim that they were family heirlooms... Just seems strange to me. I always get suspicious when things are seized that have nothing to do with the original violation and subsequent findings.
