Need a new string, where to get in DFW?

I need to replace the string on my Hoyt. I really wanna go to Cinnamon Creek, but I'm in Frisco and refuse to drive to west Texas.

Where (east of 35E) should I go to get a new string on my bow? Thanks!

I'm considering going to Cabelas in Allen....if someone can vouch.

I would stay away from cabelas if at all possible. Kyle at CCR makes a dang fine string and well worth the drive. If you still don't want to do that then I would order a set from korbins and get it installed. Josh at Collin county archery is where I would take my bow to get a new string put on as well as I think he makes strings

CCR, if I've got time to make the drive, or Big O's is where I go. Better get it in soon. I'd imagine these guys will start getting real busy with tuning and new setup here pretty quick.

Either shop. I go to both. If you go to Outdoor ask for Chuck. I cant think of any of the guys names at Allstar though but they r a great bunch over there as well.

The guys at All Star are all nice guts but they couldn't get the strings on my DXT right at either shop. Took it to Chuck at Outdoor Pro Shop in Garland and he fixed me right up. All specs are dead on.

Sorry, I do not know about Dallas, but I am in the same boat. Threw my string when I went to shoot a pig and the bottom limb of bow hit the try-pod safety rail.

I am looking to get a Korbins and will have my local shop set it up, but man I am worried about the timing of all this.

Heard great things about Korbins and I think they have a TBH discount.

Did Dyron look at it at Allstar in Lewisville?

Just had one done last week on my diamond, they've got dozens of colors to choose from, i think it was 140? maybe 130. I don't even think it took them a week. I'm very happy with how it shoots, better than new.
