Got lots of deer meat in the freezer that needs to get eaten with the new season right around the corner.
The wife and I have been venison cooking fools these past two weeks. Grilled backstrap, Chicken fried and even stir fried with sesame oil/ginger over rice. Of course we have our hamburger that replaces ground beef in any meal.
I need more recipes for the round steak and backstrap meats.
