Well yes and no. The NCIS check is valid for a single transaction for 30 calendar days from the date NCIS was originally contacted. Technically that firearm can be held for 30 days by the store for the customer. This is actually at the Managers discretion, and that could mean the Market Manager not necessarily the Store Manager. The Store Manager however, will be consistent with past decisions on holding firearms as not to be seen as discriminating against certain customers. Just a heads up.

I went today out of curiosity just to see if I could find a good buy. The guy behind the counter tryed to explain why all tactical guns are no longer allowed. I simply said "Well that's pure stupidity. I hope this place goes belly up." He didn't like it too much but.....tough crap.Comment

Nice, hope it works out for you. I had a guy tell me he could put a gun on hold before, asked a manager and they said absolutely not. He can write your name on it, but if someone came to manager and asked for it they would sell. No holds company policy.Comment
