Picked up 150 lbs of fresh Louisiana shrimp for right at $2/lb. in New Iberia. Almost half way through heading. Bacon wrapped shrimp on the menu tonight.

Two hours of de heading with 3 people and we finished the first 110 lbs. 40 more to go. 110 lbs filled a 120 qt cooler before we started cleaning.
