11 years of an hour, give or take, commute and all I can say is if she has to drive in prime rush hour she will go nuts dealing with 45! One of the girls that works for me lives off 45 south around League City and it takes her around an hour and a half if she leaves at 5 from the Galleria. Luckily we have alternate schedule options. I still hate my commute but leaving earlier has at least given me some time at home with my kids before they go to bed. I completely agree with Mary about testing out the drive at least once. Renting means you can change areas easier but with kids in school that makes it a little harder.

Sure does. We've got some stuff to take care of before we buy so that's a positive I think. Also I would love to come visit your church when we get there!
