    I have been trying to find out online if bullets for reloading is legal to mail in texas?

    Just the copper jacked lead bullet.

          Or primers, spent or otherwise. That said I've found that even several major companies ignore that restriction when buying primed brass. If ever in doubt just ship ups and label as ORM-D.

                  Used to buy 71lbs of bullets, around 3500 of 40 s&w. Fits in the large flat rate box from usps.
